Customer Sales

The Customer Sales report shows the sales of a selected customer a the specified period. It is broken down by date, organizational unit, invoice or receipt number, net sales (including taxes) and gross sales (excluding taxes). In order for such a report to exist, the customer must have been set at the POS terminal during checkout.

The Customer Sales report may be found under the Evaluations tab. If you cannot locate it there you will need to edit your menu entries.

You may filter this report by Customer Group, Customer, and Date. Once you have made the proper selection click on Update to refresh your results.

On this report listed will be the Customers along with Receipts, Net Receipt Discount Amount, Net Revenue, Gross Receipt Discount Amount and Gross Revenue.

You may click on the highlighted Customer Numbers for this additional menu options, Edit Customer, Customer Product Report, Customer Sales, Discount Report (Filters this report to the specific customer chosen.), Receipts.

Selecting one of the listed Organizational Unit names will also prompt these additional menu options, Edit Organizational Unit, Cancelled Receipts, Organization Report, Receipts, and Voided Receipts.
