“Merge and Reverse Inventory”

It is now possible to merge inventory counts. This enables having multiple counts at the same time and still record the whole process in one inventory count task.

“End of Day Statement Verification Widget”

A new dashboard widget was added which checks for any data inconsistencies. This will help users identify POS terminals which have connectivity issues or data inconsistencies.

“Invoicing Receipt Copies”

In the POS profiles you can now configure a number of receipt copies for receipts related to the invoicing module, such as rentals, delivery notes or customer orders.

“Discount Total on Receipt”

The POS will now print the discount total onto the receipt. This figure will include all discounts regardless of type and quantity. Please note: This feature will be available with the next point of sale version update.

“Multi Discount”

So far the POS selected the best discount for the customer. Now there is a new POS function available which allows the cashier to grant multiple discounts on one item. Please note: This function will be available with the next POS release.

“Improved Product Data Entry”

When entering multiple new product it was necessary to go back to the product list after saving a product before getting to the next product form. Now there is an additional save option for “Save and New” which allows the user to move on to next product without taking the extra step through the product list.

“Warehouse Selection for Invoices”

It is now possible to select a specific warehouse for invoicing receipts

“POS Revision Status”

The point of sale list allows users to check whether the POS is up to date with the back office or not. The function can be found under More > Revisions.

“Additional Information for PDF-Receipts”

PDF receipts will now show receipt discounts. Until now those were only displayed at the point of sale or on invoices.

“Button Popup for new Products Removed”

The popup asking to create a button for new products will no longer appear automatically. However, if you liked this feature you can still use the “To Button” function to add the product to a button layout.

“Bind Items for Inventory Tasks”

Stock receipts, orders and inventory counts will now merge duplicate products automatically. This allows you to just scan items without having to check if the item is already on the list.

“Custom PDF Template for Stock Orders”

Stock orders will now use the PDF template as background if there is one setup in the organizational unit. This allows further customization and can also be used to display additional information on orders.

“New Mandatory Field for Automatic Warehouse Report”

It is now required to select a warehouse-configured warehouse report dispatches. If you are using this auto report dispatch, please select a specific warehouse before the update. All configurations without a selected warehouse will be deleted.

This update included a total of 137 improvements.
