If you purchased a customer facing display after your initial POS purchase, you will need to install the customer display on the POS. If you purchased your customer display at the same time as your POS, then it will come pre-installed.
You will need a Flathead and Phillips screwdriver, as well as a flat area to place the POS. The POS screen will be placed face down, so if possible place a towel down underneath the POS to protect the screen from a hard surface.
Before getting started, have the tools ready and have a space to place the POS. Remove all cables from the POS before starting, especially the power cable, to reduce any chances of damaging cables or the POS.
IMPORTANT: Power off the POS and remove the power cable before installing the customer display.
