Cloud Update
While the cloud update is being performed the back office might not be accessible for up to 4 hours.
The update is currently planned to be performed between Wednesday, 7/29/2026 between 1:00am and 3:00am PST.
This latest cloud update is mostly focused on reports, particularly for multiple locations.
Invoice Email Templates
Under Settings>Email Templates you can configure multiple templates for invoices. You can also use various placeholders for dynamic content such as invoice number, greeting, customer, etc.
New Automatic Reports (plus package required)
The following reports have been added to Settings>Automatic Report Dispatch:
Stock Order Report
Discounts by Organizational Unit
Discount Reasons
Tax Report
Sales by Organizational Unit
Payment Method Report
Stock Receipt Import
Under Settings>DataExchange>Import CSV/Excel it is now possible to import Stock Receipts. The required fields are:
Product Number
Supplier Number
Organizational Unit Number
Amount Received
Stock Receipt purchase price (optional otherwise will default to supplier price from Studio)
Ignore Purchase Price (optional, default is false, options are false/true 0/1)
Online Function Stocks
Using the Online Function ‘Stocks’ deactivated and sales-locked products will no longer be shown..
Online Function Stocks Add Items
Products can now be added directly to the receipt from the Online Function ‘Stocks’ as well.
Creating Stock Orders from Sales of Multiple Organizational Units
When creating a stock order from sales you can now choose multiple or all Organizational Units to draw from.
Warehouse Levels Checked on Internal Stock Receipts (Inventory Transfer)
To prevent stock levels in the source warehouse from slipping into negative levels on Inventory Transfers STUDIO now checks whether the stock is of sufficient quantity. The user can select for each item whether or not to still book the quantity, reduce the quantity, or remove
Removing Labels Exported to Excel
Exporting price and shelf labels to Excel has been removed.
Warehouse Dispatch Notification Filter
It is now possible to filter your warehouse by dispatch notification. Under Inventory>Warehouse>Individual Warehouse you can select this filter.
New External Reference on Stock Order
There is now an External Reference field on Stock Orders that is also available via API.
The query Parameter via API is GET /accounts/{koronaAccountId}/stockOrders
Costs per Product now Available via API
As a read-only attribute Costs per product is now available via API.
Rounding by Payment Method (not currently available coming soon)
Under Settings>Payment Methods>the individual payment method you can set up rounding to use commerical rounding or to always round up.
