The Advanced Shelf Life Report is the upgraded, more precise version of the standard Shelf Life Report. It is designed for businesses that need precise expiration tracking tied to actual stock receipts, rather than relying on static product settings from the Store Listing. This report is available exclusively with the Plus Package.
Unlike the original Shelf Life Report, which only shows the most recent shelf life value assigned to a product, the Advanced Shelf Life Report pulls expiration data directly from each stock receipt. This allows you to monitor product shelf life on a per-receipt basis and identify expiration dates across multiple deliveries of the same item.
You will find the Advanced Shelf Life Report under the Evaluations tab. If you do not see it in your menu, refer to the Edit Menu Entries manual page to add it.
When generating the report, you can use filters such as Warehouse, Commodity Group, and Date. Grouping options may include Product or Warehouse, depending on how you need to view the data. After selecting your filters, click Update to load results.
The report displays detailed entries by Warehouse and Product, including the assigned shelf life and quantity of goods tied to each receipt. Because the data is sourced from actual stock receipts, you gain clear insight into expiration dates for every delivery of a product, not just the most recent configuration.

When grouping by Commodity Group, all products will show up in order of expiration by default.
When grouping by Product, all products from all selected warehouses will show under the same line item.
When grouping by Warehouse, you can easily identify which warehouse and by how many quantity.
If you previously used the standard Shelf Life Report, this enhanced version is its direct successor. This tool is ideal for any business managing perishable goods, compliance-sensitive inventory, or products with variable expiration dates across deliveries.
Export Options
Finally, you may also export this report into a PDF or Excel by selecting one from the top of the screen.
