While the cloud update is being performed the back office might not be accessible for up to 2 hours. This update will take place during the early morning hours after midnight Sunday on Monday.
Payment Transactions Report – New Filter
A new filter is available in the Payment Transactions report. You can now filter by specific transaction tokens so that you can find the exact receipt you are looking for.
Product List – New Filter
When filtering products a new filter type is now available. You can now filter for products that have a certain Product Description, whether that’s allergens, additives, or anything else.
Commodity Groups – Display Number of Products
The commodity groups list now shows how many products are within a specific commodity group.
Automatic Report Dispatch – Accountant Documents
Users with the Korona.Plus package will see a new report in the automatic report dispatch. You can schedule a monthly email to be automatically sent to your accountant with the cash journals, posting journal, tax report and DATEV file.
Table Overview – Alphanumeric Names
Users with the Korona.Food package can now use alphanumeric names in their table overviews.
Payment Methods – Restrict to Tag
Payment methods can now be restricted for use on only products with a certain tag. This can be useful when trying to sell to a customer who is using EBT but may be trying to purchase restricted products. This feature will be functional for points of sale running version 1.91 and higher.
