PAX A35 Setup:
- After unboxing the PAX A35, you will want to take the stand-alone USB-C to USB-A cable and plug in the USB-A (larger, rectangle-shaped) end into the wall outlet power adapter. Then, plug in the USB-C (smaller, rounded) end into the solid piece in the middle of the multi-cable.
- Attach the singular USB-C cable that comes off of the multi-cable, the plastic end to the connector is sloped in shape, into the back of the PAX A35.
- If you will be using a wired Internet connection, plug in your Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the multi-cable (red connector). If you are using WI-FI, you can do so after the device powers on by going into the Settings app, similar to a smart phone.
- Finally, you can plug the PAX into power, and it will power on itself.
*Note: The PAX will not connect to the POS directly in any way. All communication between the PAX and the POS happens over the network connection.
