Resetting your password and changing your email in Korona is a super simple. Here we will describe the process for resetting your password and changing your email.
If you forgot or need to reset your password just go to the Korona cloud login screen or click on this link to be redirected to the login page. >Korona Cloud<
Next right below the box to enter your password is a forgot password link. Clicking on that link will prompt you to enter your email address and confirm to send an email to the one you provided.
Now go and check your email for the link to reset your password and click on the generate a new password. You will be provided with a temporary password to login to your account. To change the temporary password you must login to your korona cloud account and hover the mouse pointer on your name in the upper right hand corner to produce a drop down menu. Click on my user account
Under my user account click on change my password and fill in the old password (temporary password if you did the reset) along with the new password and then confirm your new password you want and then press change password.
Change Your Email
Navigate to my user account by hovering your mouse over your name in the upper right hand corner while logged into the Korona cloud and then clicking on it. Then, click on the request email change box and fill in your information in the new email box and confirm. Once you click request email change a ticket will be generated for our korona support team to review and as soon as its approved you will receive an email confirmation of the change.
